  • Conner Muzichuk

    CO-FOUNDER - CEO & CFO

Embarking on a journey into the business realm, Conner's origins trace back to a childhood lemonade stand on the neighborhood street. At the age of ten, his goal was clear—to fund the acquisition of SimCity 4, a city-building and budget planning game that ignited his young imagination. Experimenting with different strategies to maximize traffic, a breakthrough occurred during the annual subdivision garage sale.

Conner strategically adjusted prices, crafted effective signage, and positioned the stand to outshine competitors, employing key tactics. Building relationships with customers proved essential, with a clever move of utilizing parental supplies for ingredients. All efforts were channeled toward achieving the goal swiftly.

As the years progressed, Conner's goals evolved, yet the lessons of adaptation and overcoming obstacles remained ingrained. A passion for progress and its journey led to graduating in finance from Michigan State University in less than four years and securing his first full-time job at the age of 21. By 22, he bought his dream car, a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS, and by 23, he became a first time homeowner. At 25, a compelling job offer in a new city prompted introspection and raised previously unexplored questions. 3 years later he had his first managerial role.

The journey was not always smooth, and desired outcomes occasionally felt distant. Gratefully, a supportive family provided a foundation. Climbing the corporate ladder, immersion in finance, strategy, financial modeling, leadership, networking, and embracing an extroverted side unfolded.

A revolutionary idea sprouted during a lunch debate with colleagues, stemming from frustration with the challenge of deciding where to eat. Reflecting on childhood experiences, Conner shared an idea with two friends in 2019, birthing Some Good People & SoGo.

Armed with a diverse range of talents, including a decade of banking experience, Conner and his friends embarked on this new venture. Challenges were faced, an initial investor secured, and a robust business plan crafted to address a common conundrum.

Excitement abounds for the collective potential, and the anticipation to share it with the world is palpable. Conner's personal mission unfolds—to develop a product characterized by the highest level of integrity and thoughtfulness, mirrored in SoGo's robust business pillars. The dream is to offer a platform where everyone experiences direct, tangible results. Life unfolds as a story, and the manner in which it is narrated holds significance. This is the story of three friends creating something extraordinary—a genuine expression of personality through the culinary world.

  • Cody Graham

    CO-FOUNDER - COO

Born in Lansing, Cody grew up in a single-parent household alongside his younger brother and sister. His mother, employed as an hourly manager at a fast-food chain, exposed Cody to the intricacies of the foodservice industry. Witnessing the dedication, long hours, and emphasis on customer service in the restaurant sector inspired Cody to develop a product tailored to benefit hardworking individuals committed to the service industry.

Overcoming challenging circumstances during his childhood, Cody pursued higher education at Michigan State University. Accepted into the Eli Broad College of Business, he earned a degree in General Management in 2014, becoming the first in his immediate family to graduate from college. Balancing academic commitments with a full-time role as an hourly manager at the same fast-food chain as his mother, Cody managed inventory and calculated food costs, gaining a profound appreciation for the daily challenges faced by restaurant workers, especially those in lower-income brackets. As SoGo evolves, Cody aims to create solutions specifically tailored to these individuals.

Post-graduation, Cody's career commenced at a Detroit-based health insurance company, where he honed his project management skills. Transitioning to a position in Lansing with a tech consultancy and staff augmentation firm, Cody delved into software development as a business analyst and scrum master for a dental health insurance provider. Thriving in this role, he discovered joy in crafting exceptional products that meet consumer and client needs. This passion for product development remains a driving force, motivating him to continually innovate and reimagine possibilities.

In 2019, Cody made the move to Chicago, refining his project management and product development skills as a consultant supporting two Fortune 500 companies. Collaborating with clients, he fulfilled his passion for building teams and organizations with a strong culture and sense of unity. Cody further developed as a leader, contributing to the implementation of Agile development models within organizations. Now, his blend of people and product skills finds application in SoGo. Cody aspires to draw upon the lessons from past experiences to establish an organization with a robust team-oriented culture that creates products enhancing people's lives.
